Professional Services Group - Training & Expertise

The WCG Professional Services Group (PSG) consists of three divisions, providing clients 
with a full-service research source for technical project requirements. The three divisions are as follows:

-Research and Analysis Division (RAD)
offers statistical analysis; survey research (mail and telephone); operations research; economic analysis; econometric modeling and forecasting; program evaluation; policy analysis; and cost/benefit analysis - where each of these specific technical skills is applied to its four main practice areas of Transportation, Health, Energy, and Labor. 

-Integrated Technical Publishing (ITP)
provides desktop publishing; publishing design; technical writing and editing; design-driven layouts; computer illustration; electronic story-boarding; on-screen color manipulation; HTML document and graphics preparation for Internet publishing; and integrated text, tables, and computer graphics for traditional print publications. 

-Information Systems Division (ISD)
offers full life-cycle support, including system analysis, design, development, and integration; strategic planning; computer security and control audits; capacity planning; database design, development and management; office automation; computer graphics; and communications.

At the heart of PSG's success is a staff of experts, including economists, statisticians, operations researchers, policy analysts, mathematicians, and survey researchers. In the past 18 years of our existence, we have successfully completed over 300 separate contracts and task orders. Our publications staff has produced over 800 technical documents, ranging from annual reports and large studies to weekly periodicals and presentations.
